I didn't build this in a Silicon Valley boardroom. Our shop is in Warren, Indiana, and I spent years in field ops turning wrenches and running power equipment.
I know the exact pit-in-your-stomach feeling of being elbow-deep in a repair, hearing your phone ring, and knowing you just lost a $1,500 job to the next guy on Google because your hands were tied.
