Privacy Policy
Effective Date: January 6, 2026
1. The Short Version (Plain Language Summary)
We know you're busy, so here's the bottom line. This isn't a substitute for the full policy, but it covers the essentials.
- We're on Your Side: This service was built by a tradesperson for tradespeople. We respect your privacy just like we respect your time. We only collect the information we absolutely need to catch your missed calls and turn them into jobs.
- What We Collect: We collect your contact info (name, email, phone), business details, and payment info to run your account. We also collect the phone numbers of people who call you so we can text them back on your behalf. We don't snoop into your life or your customers' lives.
- We Don't Sell Your Data: We only share information with trusted partners who help us run the service, like our payment processor (Stripe) and our text messaging provider (Twilio). We have contracts with them to make sure they protect your data.
- Your Rights: You have the right to see, correct, or delete your information. This policy explains how to do that. We've made it as simple as possible.
- Security is Key: We use industry-standard security, including encryption, to protect your information. No system is perfect, but we take this very seriously.
This summary is just a guide. The full policy below has the important legal details. If you have any questions, just ask. We're here to help.
