Common Setup Issues
call_missed_outgoing Calls are not forwarding to Reclaimr.
Double-check that you've correctly dialed your carrier's forwarding code or set up call forwarding in your phone settings. Ensure your phone shows the forwarding icon. Sometimes a simple restart of your phone can help.
sms_failed I didn't receive the verification SMS.
Ensure you called your Reclaimr-enabled number from a different phone and did not pick up. Also, verify your registered phone number in your Reclaimr account settings is correct.
voicemail iPhone Live Voicemail is interfering.
Remember to turn OFF Live Voicemail in your iPhone settings (Phone > Live Voicemail). This is critical for Reclaimr to function correctly.
Daily Operation Issues
notifications_off I'm not getting lead notifications.
Check your phone's notification settings for Reclaimr or your email spam folder. Ensure your contact information in your Reclaimr account is up-to-date.
